Behold, I make all things new.
Revelation 21:5
“More and more, I pray first, and then act. I have the Lord’s help to lead me to think and act differently and to trust Him.”
Here at St. John's Parish Church, we know that everyone has a story. The beauty of the gospel is that no matter what your life's story is, Jesus has come to renew you. That's why we proclaim that we can not stop speaking about what we have seen and heard! #Making Biblical Anglicans for a Global Age
“Finding purpose gave me hope for the future and real contentment in the ‘now’ no matter what happens.”

PRAYER FOR OUR PARISH
Dear Heavenly Father, Together we are united with the saints of the household of God; built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone. In Christ alone our church is being joined together, and is growing into a holy temple of the Lord by the Spirit. Through Your wisdom may we discern where You want us to be; Through Jesus Christ our Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE CHARLESTON COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
O God, you forgive when we deserve punishment, and in your wrath you remember mercy: We humbly ask you, of your goodness, to comfort all inmates, especially the young people in the Charleston County Juvenile Detention Center. Give them a right understanding of themselves, and of your promises, that trusting wholly in your mercy, they may not place their confidence anywhere but in you. Relieve the distressed; deliver the innocent; bring the guilty to repentance; and as you alone bring light out of darkness, and good out of evil, grant that by the power of your Holy Spirit they may be set free from the chains of sin, and brought to newness of life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We ask for your guidance for them as they move forward in this season of change and adverse court decisions, and may they be bound together by your love, in the unity of the Holy Spirit; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
