Rob has led student and worship ministry for over 23 years. A native of South Carolina, he discerned a call to youth ministry while at the College of Charleston where he first started leading worship and serving in small group ministries. After college, Rob took a job as a youth minister at St Judes in Walterboro before being called to St Johns Parish Church in 2006.
God continues to use Rob in whatever way he sees fit to help St. John’s in the ever changing landscape of ministry on John’s Island. From cooperation with other churches to learning new technical skills, Rob is eager to jump in and help out to see that the Gospel of Jesus Christ reaches all people on John’s Island and abroad. You can catch Rob wrapping up cables after service at Haut Gap while muttering about his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
