This summer, we invite you to be refreshed by sitting at the feet of Jesus. 

A new community group for Drawing Near To God Ministry starts at St. John’s Parish Church’s Resurrection Hall on Wednesday, May 29th from 10:00 to 11:30.  Janet Jenkins will lead a summerlong study on Joanne Ellison's, "Sitting at His Feet".  

Join in fellowship with other women across the islands, and delve into what God taught Joanne following a traumatic event and the emotions that came with it. Joanne will also join this group in person on July 17 to speak on Forgiveness and Repentence.

We are looking for members who are able to help with an occasional meal, casserole or soup when a church member has been ill, undergone surgery, lost a loved one or delivered a baby.

The more hands the more successful this ministry will become.  Please contact Sherry Fox at (843)729-1202.

In addition to supporting God’s mission through your regular offerings, intercessory prayer, and presence at the brunch, would you be willing to contribute by:

• Baking a Breakfast Casserole
• Preparing Fresh-Cut Fruit
• Making Coffee
• Serving at the Brunch
• Providing Baked Goods/Other Items to Auction

We are accepting orders for the next batch of t-shirts for our building fund fundraiser. This time we have short sleeve Island Reef green shirts and black St John's Parish Church koozies available. Order yours by this Sunday, May 26, 2024.

We need adult volunteers to serve our nursery and preschool children each Sunday. Would you consider signing up to help a couple of Sundays so we can continue to pour into the next generation?

St. John's Parish Church is working on a new publication to share how the Lord is moving in our parish. Have you been moved by how the Lord is working in your life? Have you participated in a ministry or event and seen His presence? Consider sharing your testimony so others may see the Lord's glory.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Together we are united with the saints of the household of God; built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone. In Christ alone our church is being joined together, and is growing into a holy temple of the Lord by the Spirit. By Your wisdom may we discern what You want us to build; Through Jesus Christ our Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit,
